Last night the Gordonston Garden Club was fortunate to hear from Stan Gray, a master Iris gardnerer. He grew up watching his parents Etheline and Charles create gorgeous blooms in Montvale, NJ. After retiring to Savannah, he decided to research Iris varities that might do well in a very different climate. Easter Egg Hunt Is March 28
The annual Easter Egg hunt in Juliette Gordon Low Park is planned for Saturday, March 28, from 11am - 1pm. Lunch (hot dogs and fruit salad) will be served for the kids. Candy filled eggs (1 dozen per child) should be dropped off at #2 Atkinson (corner of Atkinson and Gwinnett) prior to Saturday.
